This site also allows you to purchase our products and services online. We will use the information you provide to process and ship your order (including disclosing your name and address to fulfillment houses and delivery services); contact you about the status of your order and invite you to provide product feedback on your recent purchase; create an account for later use so that you do not need to re-enter the information for each subsequent order; and as otherwise indicated by our site’s Privacy Policy.
Standard Shipping will be delivered within 3-10 business days from the order’s ship date. Most Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
The delivery address that you specify must be within an eligible country and must be a valid and complete delivery address

We offer 30-day money back guarantee on 100% of all orders (from ship date indicated on the Return Section Invoice). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product or products back to DAXLEY USA LLC. for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping and handling fees). Shipping costs for any return will not be reimbursed by DAXLEY USA LLC, unless there was a shipping error or product damage.

When packaging the items, please do so in the original packaging and enclose the completed Return Section. To insure that your return remains eligible for a refund, please have the return package postmarked within 30 days from the Ship Date as indicated on the Return Section in the front the original invoice.
Upon receipt of the retuned products please allow up to 45 days to process a return and credit your account. A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles.
Please repackage the item(s) in the original packaging, complete the Return/Exchange form located on your invoice, and enclose it with your return. Insure the package and ship via the carrier of your choice to:

Important Note: Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for any costs incurred for insuring and shipping your order back to us unless there was a shipping error or product damage so please place your orders thoughtfully.
Shipping Errors and Damages
Please call us right away at (407) 926 0224 or email us at sales@daxley.com if order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of what happened. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately.
To obtain the discount as a subscriber, you must commit to purchase a minimum of two shipments of the subscription you have chosen, (monthly, quarterly or semi-annually).

To cancel your subscription, you must send an email to sales@daxley.com 5 business days in advance before your next shipment with the text: “I want to cancel my subscription” and your information: Full name, address, city, state, and telephone number. You will receive an email and a text message confirming your decision.
